“Roger was quite knowledgeable of the market, particularly around our neighborhood. His no-nonsense approach was very effective and got top dollar for our house. We have already moved to another state, Roger took the helm and helped us get our house prepped up for the sale and he managed everything competently while keeping us apprised of the progress. Being several states away, it was a big load off of our shoulders. Our house was on the market as scheduled and the presentation was great.
